Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Cancellations: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee.
Holiday Bookings: A non-refundable deposit may be required for bookings during holidays or peak times.
Medical Pet Sitting
Medical Information: All pets requiring medical care must have up-to-date medical records and a detailed care plan from their veterinarian.
Medications: Please provide clear written instructions and all necessary medications/supplies. We do not administer medications not prescribed or recommended by a veterinarian.
Emergency Protocol: In case of a medical emergency, we will contact your vet immediately. If unreachable, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency clinic.
Pet Transportation
Travel Safety: All pets must travel in secure carriers or seat-belt harnesses provided by the client or pre-arranged with us.
Timeliness: We strive to be punctual but recommend allowing a 15-minute window due to traffic or weather conditions.
Access: If picking up from your home or a facility, ensure access instructions are provided and staff (if applicable) are informed.
Payments
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
Due Date: Payment is due on or before the date of service unless otherwise arranged.
Late Fees: A late payment fee of $10 may be applied after 5 days past due.
General
Aggressive Behavior: For safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to pets who display aggressive or unsafe behavior.
Confidentiality: All client information, home access, and pet records are kept strictly confidential.
Because I share my home with cats, all visiting dogs must be cat-friendly and comfortable around feline friends. For everyone's safety and comfort, dogs that show signs of aggresion or high prey drive towards cats cannot be accepted. Thank you for understanding!
