🐾 AristoPet Care and Transport — Policies & Procedures

Welcome to AristoPet Care and Transport!
We’re committed to providing dependable, compassionate care for every pet and peace of mind for every owner.
These policies help ensure smooth service, clear communication, and the safety and well-being of the pets we love and care for.



🗓️ Booking & Payments

Services must be scheduled in advance by phone, text, or our online booking form.

Payment is due at the start of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

Holiday or extended-stay bookings may require a deposit.

Late or missed payments may incur a $10 late fee.



❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your first scheduled visit will receive full credit toward future services.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may be charged 50% of the total scheduled amount.

Holiday reservations require 7 days’ notice to cancel without charge.



🔐 Access & Home Security

Clients must provide safe, reliable access to their home (keys, garage codes, or lockbox).

Keys and access details are stored securely and never labeled with identifying information.

If we cannot access your home due to incorrect instructions or lockout, the full visit fee will still apply.




🐶 Pet Health & Safety

All pets must be current on vaccinations and parasite prevention.

Please share any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns before service begins.

If your pet becomes ill or injured during your absence, we’ll contact you right away.
If we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic at your expense.





🚑 Emergency Veterinary Care Authorization

By using our services, you authorize AristoPet Care and Transport to obtain emergency veterinary care if your pet’s health or safety is at risk.
We will make every effort to reach you or your emergency contact before proceeding, but if time is critical, we’ll act in your pet’s best interest.




🏡 Abandoned Pet Policy

At AristoPet Care and Transport, your pet’s welfare is always our top priority.
A pet will be considered abandoned if:

The owner does not return as scheduled after services end,

We cannot reach the owner or emergency contact within 48 hours, and

No alternative care arrangements have been made.


If this occurs, we may:

Continue providing care until contact is made (additional fees apply),

Contact local animal control, a licensed rescue, or veterinary authorities, or

Arrange temporary boarding or emergency shelter.


The pet owner is responsible for all fees related to continued care, boarding, or any necessary arrangements.




🔒 Privacy Policy

All client and pet information is kept strictly confidential and used only for scheduling, communication, and care coordination.
Your trust and privacy are deeply valued at AristoPet Care and Transport.



❤️ Policy Acknowledgment

By scheduling, confirming, or paying for services with AristoPet Care and Transport, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to these policies and procedures.

🐈 Dogs staying in my house must be cat-friendly.  


🐕No aggressive dogs.  Will do a free meet and greet.
